I was an employee who quit my job solely on Barry Edwards constant disrespect and bullying. I told my supervisors Barry Edwards and Austin Edwards that I am openly gay and they treated me completely different from the first day I started. Arizona law requires two ten minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. They don’t give you the two ten minute breaks. I moved eight pallets of blocks by myself two blocks at a time, and sat down because I was about to pass out, Barry comes up to me and said in don’t pay you to sit on your as! They short the supplies needed for their projects. Their inspector is a lazy guy who doesn’t visually inspect their work being fulfilled! They are not a reliable company and to be honest the management should go to classes learning how to control and speak to their employees like a person instead of a slave
