I have cancelled my gym membership and personal training with ETF, yet I am still getting billed many months after my contract endedI am still getting charged $120/month even though I have send certified mail to cancel both my gym membership and personal training. I cannot seem to make it stop.Desired SettlementPlease stop billing my credit cardBusiness Response I would like to confirm the account has been closed. I did not see any notice of cancellation on the account if the client can support they mailed in a letter certified to the corporate office I can back date the cancellation.

I cancelled my account with EFT and suddenly my account was delinquent and they now want to charge me $600 including late fees when I was not late To be 100% honest I am not sure if I should be making this complaint against EFT group or their billing company but [redacted] is the company that keeps harassing me without reason. I set up a personal training account with EFT group and gave them my credit card information so they could automatically charge me the $180 fee every month. In September 2015 they called me because I had gotten a new credit card and forgot to call them among a few other service providers to update them with the new card information. I gave them the new information and they continued to charge me until I decided to cancel the account because I wasn't going to the gym and hadn't seen a trainer in a few months. As soon as I sent the certified letter for cancellation on December 14th I received several calls and emails saying that they never received my payment for the month of Dec. I initially ignored them because I knew there was nothing wrong with my credit card but after daily calls and emails I started to worry that maybe my credit card had been stolen and maxed and maybe that was why the payment didn't go through. I called my credit card company and they assured me of what I already knew-there was nothing wrong with my credit card and the issue was with eft or [redacted]-not me or my card. The credit card company rep even told me she could see where they tried to charge my account twice and it failed on their end. I called the original person who was leaving me messages and left him a message with the info the credit card rep gave me but he never responded. I spoke to another rep from [redacted] on one of their daily calls and explained to her that there was nothing wrong with my card; its the same card they had been charging since September. She then told me they needed proof that they had been charging my card and they wanted a copy of my credit card statement and I was now incurring late fees. I explained that I would not send then my bank statement and their request for proof that they had been taking my money was ridiculous. I did however break down and send them an email with screen shots of where they had charged my card every month and explained that they better not charge me any late fees because the payment was never late. They have and have had a valid form of payment and it is not my problem that their system isn't working. After that I was still receiving phone calls and voicemails from [redacted] every day. I got on the phone with them and pleaded for them to please charge my card the last $180 payment I owed them and please leave me alone. I was assured by 2 different reps that they received my email, my cancellation notice and that they would take care of it. As of last week however I was still receiving phone calls and voicemails. I called them back and spoke with a rep who told me I now have a balance of $600 because my account was never cancelled. After getting loud with her and asking to speak to a supervisor she was all of a sudden able to find the proof of cancellation I sent back in December and told me she would take care of it. As of today I received another phone call from [redacted] about a $600 balance they are looking for. I flipped and asked why she was calling me about a $600 balance that doesn't exist. She told me that my account was never cancelled, there was no proof of that on file and that until the $600 balance was satisfied that my account would not be cancelled. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail. I called back and spoke to another rep who told me she did see the cancellation and she would do something about it. Again I am back at where I started. This should have been resolved in Dec but it is almost March and I am still being harassed by [redacted].Desired SettlementI am not one to try to get out of paying for a service I requested. I expected to be charged for the last month I had the account with EFT even though I had not been going, and to be done. That is all I want, for them to charge me the last $180 I owe them and for them to leave me alone. I do not owe them any late fees so I better not be charged anything over the $180 they should have charged me in the beginning and I certainly do not owe them $600 because the account was cancelled and they told me they got my request for cancellation and it was cancelled. I am begging please assist me in having this resolved so I can finally have some peace.Business Response The client made the account current and the account was closed on 2/18/16.

The EFT Group, misled, over promised, and conned me into a contract for training sessions that were not even close to what I was told I would get. After joining the gym, I was offered a free training session. I worked with [redacted], and she was awesome. We did a quick workout, she was educating me on exercises and what muscles it worked. She told me that with training sessions I will get a trainer and they will sit down with me to work on a nutrition plan and a workout regime to help me towards my goals. They will explain the workouts I am doing and teach me how to use the gym. I was also told each workout would be tracked and I would have my very own folder I could go look at every time I came into the gym to know what to do. This was exactly what I was a looking for. I couldn't wait to schedule my first session. I found it weird I couldn't select [redacted] as my trainer, but I scheduled my first appointment with [redacted]. For my first appointment I expected to sit down and talk to my trainer about the goals I was hoping to achieve. [redacted] finished with another client said hi and said lets go. I started right into a workout. Now when I originally met with [redacted], I let her know I had back pain and a foot injury not to far ago. She was super accommodating and said that during the training just let your trainer know and they will find exercises that you can still do. 10 minutes into the workout I told [redacted] I was feeling pain and she acted like she could care less. Told me to keep going and sat their disinterested the whole time. Once the workout was over [redacted] ran off to her next client. There is where I realized that I was just tricked into a contract. If I was told that it was just a plain training session I never would have signed up. I was sold on the interaction between trainer and trainee. I was looking for the all around counseling that [redacted] told me was offered. I was looking for the combined help of nutrition counseling and personal training. Instead I locked into a contract with training sessions I am afraid of attending for fear of harming or re-injuring myself. The whole time of discussing the different options I was told how flexible it was. How you can modify your number of weekly sessions if you want later on. How this month by month. Not until I was signing the contract was the first time I heard Month by Month for 12 months. Even as shady as that was, I was ok with committing 12 months to the service I was told I was buying. For a few weeks after I tried to work up the courage to try again, but I couldn't do it. I felt so unsafe in that environment I couldn't bring myself to go back to a training session. After I decided that I cannot risk harming myself for this contract I tried contacting the EFT Group twice by phone and once by e-mail. I have yet to hear back from them. It has now been a few months that I have had to continually pay for these training sessions I have no plans of using. I cannot believe a company can sell a service with such blatant lies.Desired SettlementI want to be let out of my contract and refunded for the training sessions I have not used (all but one). The contract was entered based on the service I was told I would be getting. Not only was the service severely lacking, but it didn't include and follow what was sold to me. I did not sign a contract for the service I was given.I have also had to pay for months of sessions I have not used due to the lack of the EFT Groups communication skills. I wished to have this resolved but haven't been able to receive a single response it ridiculous.

Issues with contacting, understanding, and fees with company At the new year my girlfriend bought me a package for 3 sessions a month at 30 dollar per session. Before reading reviews online (which are frightening) it seems I have fallen into the same trap. When I spoke to the representative at my gym I told him finances may not always be ideal for a full year and to sell me the contract he "assured" me cancelation was possible (I would just have to pay for the month I cancel). This was completely false and false salesmanship. Subsequently when I called the company to remove my card from my file they, again, "assured" me that this request was done. Come to find out the company was sold to a third party [redacted]. Not only was I not contacted about this switch, this company is virtually impossible, as well, to contact. I have made numerous attempts to call, email, and anything else to speak to someone but my average wait time has been longer that any good business should make a customer wait. I was also not aware that my contract was subject to changing companies. Come to find out my original request to have my card taken off the account was not fulfilled, [redacted] has been charging this account causing it to overdraw. I'm not sure why the representative would not tell me that the card was not taken off the account when I asked. I find it frustrating that the contract is not on the website of the company nor is there a way to tell if this was ever in the contract to begin with. I am not sure why so many people are having representatives tell them cancelation is possible when it is in fact nearly impossible. I am also worried about the auto renew of the contract, granted I have many months to go, I am fearful that I will never have an opportunity to opt out of any renewal because of the level of difficulty in contacting anyone. Switching between two companies is proving to be terrible for me seeing how I cannot get in touch with the current company and when I talk to the EFT group they say they no longer service me.Desired SettlementI am not looking for any compensation. I fully am aware that I signed the contract, however it was essentially under the false preface that I would be able to cancel at any time. I would just like to bring my account current and cancel it. I'm not sure why this has been so difficult seeing how I have paid for the sessions I have used. I am not sure why contacting or being contacted by the company has proven so difficult. I am uneasy with the amount of complaints these companies have received and no longer wish to do business with a company that has such a high number of complaints all pertaining to the same hard ships. I would appreciate ANY form ofcontact.

EFT provides horrible customer service and does not meet their contractual obligations to their clients. On March 30, 2016, I called Resolution Fitness (EFT) and asked to speak to the manager. I had left two other messages at RF for the manager, but never received a return phone call - 3/22/16 and 3/28/16. The CSR indicated that the manager was on another call, but I could hold. I agreed to hold. About 10 minutes later, the CS manager came on and asked my name and the nature of the call. I told him I was calling about lack of trainers and not be able to utilize the services under my contract. He asked me what gym I was a member of, which I replied [redacted] in [redacted] He placed me on hold and came back a few minutes later asking me to hold on because the manager was pulling some information for me. I said I don't want the manager to provide information to me. I want to speak to the manager. The customer service representative came back anyway to tell me that there were 2 trainers at my location. One was leaving as of April 2 and the other only trains Monday through Friday during the day from mid-morning until early afternoon. I work a fulltime job so this is not an option for me. I once again reiterated I wanted to speak to the manager.I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. The manager finally got on the phone and said he didn't know I was even on the phone. I said that was interesting because your CSR indicated that he was speaking to you and you were providing him with information to feed to me. He said he was in a meeting the entire time, which was also interesting because the CSR said he was on the phone. I then asked him why he never returned my phone calls. He did not give me a straight answer. He indicated that they were going to hire new trainers, and that if I was not happy with the services at that time then he would assist me with breaking my contract. They have hired new trainer who trains limited hours, and I am not available any of the times he trains. I once again called and left a message with the manager at EFT for concerning this on April 11, 2016, and as of today have not received a return call.Desired SettlementThe end my contract early as requested.Business Response Per her agreement it clearly states we try to meet all the clients needs such as trainer, gender, time, Etc. In the event this cannot be done this does not negate her contract and her obligation. We have trainers available at the facility that are providing the service and we are in the process of bringing additional trainers to the location. We asked her to be patient as there is a processing that has to be complete for new hire. We also explained that we have trainers available in the meantime that she can continue training with. I will honor her request and close the account as of today with neither party obligated to anything further.

They keep charging my account despite me saying I no longer want services.I signed up for personal training at the [redacted] location. They renewed my account despite me not approving it. I called and complained. They said I had to write a letter to cancel. I sent that letter, I have called several times with no return call, and have sent emails with no response.Desired SettlementI want to be refunded the money and to no longer be charged any money.

I purchased a contract for Personal Training. The group left my club and I was promised a refund of my remaining sessions that I never received.I purchased a contract for Personal Training. The group left my club and I was promised a refund of my remaining sessions that I never received. I spoke with [redacted] (no last name given)at EFT. I reached him at 919-720-4580 and he confirmed with me that he had received management approval to refund me the remaining 12 sessions on my account. I was given until July to use the sessions at another club but when those location proved to be incredibly inconvenient (over 30 min away), my remaining sessions were closed out and no longer able to be booked as we had mutually agreed to the refund. He said to expect a refund check back in 30 days. I have not yet received that check and when I call the number for an update, there is no option to speak with anyone. I e-mailed the customer service e-mail as directed on the automated message, but have have no response from them. The message says you can leave a message but it actually does not allow you to leave a message.Desired SettlementI am seeing a refund of my last 12 sessions as the rate of $30 per session ($360 total).

Attempting to cancel my contract after my trainer left and am not being able to do so.I was signed up for training sessions by [redacted] with my trainer [redacted] at the [redacted] location on 8-19-15. I was told that I would be billed per session, $25 a session, twice a week for a 3 month time period, after which time I would not be charged for anything else. I SPECIFICALLY asked [redacted] if after 3 months I would no longer be charged, which he assured me was the case. I was NOT told there was any contract involved and was NOT told I would be billed for sessions that were not used. After 2 and a half months my trainer and the training company, EFT, parted ways. I was told that there was a new trainer I could try and told to sign up with her. After signing up for 2 sessions with her she did not show up to either session (11/13 and 11/20.) I was not given a phone call or any heads up before hand and drove out there for nothing AND I was billed for the sessions! By this time I was getting upset but had thought my training sessions were ending anyway. Low and behold I was told I had been signed up for 6 months instead of 3! This was NOT what I agreed to. I then attempted to cancel my "contract" that I never agreed to in the first place... but was told that no one knew how I could do that. WHAT?? I attempted to call the number in my email but it has been disconnected. Desired SettlementI am just looking to end this "contract" as the 3 months I agreed to have ended, (which I was billed for and was billed for an excess month!) AND the trainer I signed up with is no longer with the company. I do not even care about a refund, I would just like to no longer be billed for anything that I am not using and to cut all ties with this company. Was contacted by EFT and my contact has been terminated as requested. Thanks Revdex.com for helping me get this down

I cancelled my contract with E.F.T. and I am not in receipt of my full refund. CSR told me 30 days I should be in receipt of it. It has been 2 months.I was asked to do a fitness evaluation at the[redacted] on November 14th 2015. After going through health questions with the "training manager", [redacted], he advised me that I need to be training with the Master Trainer, [redacted], for 3 days a week to reach my fitness goals. He proceeded to tell me that the price was 480 dollars for the month. I told him I was in no way paying that nor did I ask for that. He then told me I could do four training sessions at 40 dollars and then go from there. I had never trained with [redacted] and I was not going to make any long term commitment like that without ever working out with the person. He began signing me up and then asked for my credit card to purchase the first and lasts months installments plus processing fees. I told him I was not paying for a last month up front and again reiterated to him that I had no intention of making any long term commitment (The contract corroborates this with the last month charge being removed and reading $0.00). He then questioned me asking if it was because I wasn't serious or committed to my health goals, which I found to be extremely rude. He told me he would remove the charge and it would cost me $160.00 and to sign the form. I was in no way informed I was signing a contract with automatic withdrawals and was not aware of this 6 month commitment until after he handed me the print out. Zero communication. I did a 15 minute exercise with [redacted], which I thought was the evaluation part, and then [redacted] handed me sheets of paper, which I assumed was my receipt etc. I looked over the paper and realized it was a 6 month contract that I basically couldn't get out of and I immediately panicked. I saw at the bottom of the contract a way to cancel the membership and I had to send a signed certified mailed letter to the address The EFT Group LLC, [redacted] within 3 business days for a full refund and cancellation. I mailed the certified letter (overnight) with a return receipt on November 16th (contract was signed November 14th 2015, a Saturday) and it was delivered and signed for on November 17th 2015. I have the copies of everything who signed for the cancellation letter. I sent three emails to the customer service department to confirm with zero response back. I then called to confirm the letter and cancellation was processed to which a CSR named [redacted] told me the check for the refund would be processed on December 14th as per the contract agreement. To this date, January 7, 2016, I am still not in receipt of my refund of $209.00. I am not able to reach this company by phone or email. They do not respond to anything. I have had no further charges on my debit card, which shows me the contract was successfully terminated. If the contract was in fact terminated I should have received the refund by now. I have all copies of contracts, read receipts, emails documented.Desired SettlementI would like my $209.00 refunded to me as per the contract.Business Response The customer did all she was suppose to and we did process the cancellation and refund on the account. I did check the customer service email and found nothing referring to her and the request for a refund. Our Corporate office is open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, We never heard from the client anybody reviewing her account would have know she was due for a refund upon her call or email. So I would like to reconfirm the account was refunded today.Consumer Response I will wait on the refund and check back if I have not received it in the next couple of days. I am not sure why there are no notes in the EFT system regarding emails and phone calls I have made. I have my emails documented that were sent to [redacted] on four separate occasions with no kick back notices that the address was incorrect. This is the email on the contract and[redacted]. I also called and spoke to a csr, before not being able to get through a third time, so your employees obviously did not make notes in the system that I was spoken to. I think if the phone number and email address are incorrect you should update your social media to reflect that. Your webpage does not work making it near impossible to get a hold of anyone at your company. I appreciate the response and again I will be checking when in receipt of the refund.Final Consumer Response I am still not in receipt of any refund. I have checked all of my cards for the pending refund being placed back on but I have nothing as of today, January 22nd. Final Business Response card ending in [redacted] was refunded please check with you bank or credit card company.

I have a complaint with EFT Group. They misrepresented the sale and was not informed it was a contract.ComplaintI have a complaint with EFT Group. They misrepresented the sale and was not informed it was a contract.I went to use a free day of personal training at the [redacted] location of [redacted].They then asked me if I wanted to do more personal training sessions for $120/month (4 sessions).I have joined only for 8 sessions. She explained the details verbally with no written paper in front of me, and had me sign a tiny electronic signature pad. She assured me I was not locked into anything and I can stop training at any time with no fees to me.Until I tried to remove my card and discontinue training, I was unaware I was locked into financing a year's worth of personal training sessions.when I asked Trainer she told I can discontinue services by calling customer care , I called Customer Care they asked me to send the first page of Contract .I went back to trainer for Contract doc which was never provided to me and she still had no contract document to provide but She gave me cancellation form where it mention about terms and condition for contract and asked me to send it EFT Group Address as"The EFT Group , LLC [redacted]"I have sent the cancellation form by registered post already , still no response .tried to call multiple times but no one responding on customer services and left voice message also but no response.sent a few emails also .I still have not received any help after numerous attempts to contact this company.Member #: [redacted]Paid - [redacted]Desired SettlementI am just looking to end this "contract" if there is any.I would just like to no longer be billed for anything that I am not using and to cut all ties with this company. Final Consumer Response The Case is solved through personal settlement with the organization...So I request you to please close the case.Thank you !!!

On June 21, 2016, I sent a certified mail to EFT Group requesting cancellation of my contract due to medical reason including a doctor's certificationOn June 21, 2016, I sent a certified mail to EFT Group requesting cancellation of my contract due to medical reason including a doctor's certification to attest to the veracity of my claim. I did not get any response until July 23, when I received the "return receipt"acknowledging that EFT received my certified mail. Meanwhile, EFT continues to bill my credit card. I attempted calling them several times but the phone seemed disconnected as I always get a busy tone.I signed up with EFT on Feb 9, 2016 for 120 sessions with a trainor. I probably used only 8 or 10 sessions since then because I was hospitalized due to severe spinal pain sometime in March with herniated lumbar disc and since then was advised by my primary physician not to engage in any gym activities. He wrote a prescription blank to EFT about this. This doctor prescription along with a copy of my MRI, a check for the cancellation fee along with my personal letter request for cancellation was sent to EFT on June 21 via certified mail with return receipt. Today, August 10th, I saw a charge for another $300 to my credit card from the EFT Group (biller is [redacted]).I telephoned many times to EFT Group a number of times and was unsuccessful connecting with them. If not for my very bad back condition I would have loved attending the sessions but I can no longer do that, so I want a refund of my unused sessions to date as well as for EFT to stop charging my credit card and just honor cancelling my contract due to a documented medical condition. Just as additional information, my gym membership has already been cancelled by [redacted] as a result of my medical condition, so there is no more reason why the Personal Training contract with EFT cannot be terminated as well.Desired SettlementI want EFT to stop billing my credit card for services that I am no longer availing in the last six months due to a medical condition. I also want them to refund my unused sessions.

I signed a personal training contract with EFT in 2014 which they failed to tell me automatically renewed in 2015 (against applicable NY Law [N.Y General Obligations Law 5.903]) and charged me through the first half of 2015 without me ever having had a training session. Upon multiple attempts to recoup the $595.00 they overcharged me, I have not received a reimbursement or even an answer from them about the unlawful charges. I am filing this review in an attempt to get someone from EFT to contact myself or my attorney as the next step I take week be filing a suit against them.","neg-2

I Need my refund back.I have tried several times to reach out to the company EFT GROUP to help resolve the issue i've had for over a year. I was mislead into signing a "contract" that was NOT explained to me. It started when I signed up to the gym last year, March 2015. I was then approached by a personal trainer that worked for the EFT Group company. I was told that I had a free session to try. I agreed. Once the free session was over, the trainer told me what each session included and how much each session would be. He said each session would be $100. He said, and I asked him plenty of times if it would only be for 4 months. He did not proceed to explain to me that this would turn into a contract and to cancel I had to physically mail a piece of paper stating that I wanted this "contract" cancelled. I was charged every single month $100 from March 2015 until January 2016. I did use 3 sessions. I have not been back since because I was not satisfied with the sessions and I've tried to cancel ever since. I couldn't get in contact with the trainer that started this nightmare in the first place. He was no where to be found.Desired SettlementI want a full refund of all the charges made to my card from March 2015 to January 2016. I want to make sure that my contract was closed.Business Response The company has had multiple conversations with the client she went into renewal for four months. We closed the account when she contacted us and never sent in a written notice. We did offer her the sessions but cannot issue a refund. Consumer Response I do not understand why a refund cannot be issued because I am not going to take the sessions. That is unprofessional of this company. I was not informed at all about having this contract renewed automatically. That was very unprofessional of the trainer to do. That's stealing money from ME. I need my refund back. We can settle this in court if need be. This has happened too many times on several occasions with different customers as you can see. There are several websites that show this company's unprofessionalism to comply with their unhappy customers. I demand my money back. I am not happy with this response. This company has too many complaints about their policies and it has to change. This is not how you treat customers. You will keep driving people away from your business.Final Business Response It is the buyers responsibility to cancel the renewal portion of the contract. There is no benefit for us to have the renewal as we are still responsible to train the client for what they purchase. The client can submit the cancellation at any point from joining. The renewal is beneficial to the client because it is month to month, they are obligated to no term at that point and the client does not have to resign back up and pay the processing fees again if they keep there contract. As stated we will honor the sessions but cannot issue a refund.

EFT Group won't void a contract after they terminated my trainer of 4 months. In May of 2013, I was contacted by my former gym, [redacted] Fitness in [redacted] NJ, that I had unused training sessions left from a previous trainer. I explained how I wasn't content with that trainer and was informed the person had since moved on and I was asked by the newly hired trainer if I wanted to try a session with her. I completed a test session and really enjoyed it. I worked with [redacted] and [redacted] to sign a contract that would allow me to train with what I thought would be her since she was the only trainer that called me. Time progressed and everything was going great until the group terminated her employment in September 2013. At this point I assumed that my contract would be null and void and I could receive a refund for the unused session and terminate the contract. I came to find out that this wasn't the case. The customer service reps explained to me that I would need to speak to the supervisor, [redacted]. After calling their office numerous times in a civil manner and asking to speak to the supervisor I would never receive a call back. I finally received a call back by the supervisor who basically informed me that I was out of luck and would have to go to another trainer. My issue with this is that had I known the contract indicated that if the trainer you work with is terminated, that the contract would not become null and void, I would have never signed. I also explained that there were no other trainers that I wanted to train with since I wasn't even a member of the gym to begin with and didn't seek another trainer after my first trainer. As of now, I have 31 unused sessions which total $691.50 which I feel I should be reimbursed for along with a termination of this contract. In speaking with [redacted], the supervisor, he explained to me that I should have tried working out with other trainers as well- which seems counterproductive since you develop a relationship with this specific person. Also, the EFT Group doesn't promote that you should sign up with multiple trainers they promote working with one. Going through all of the evaluations I never met with multiple trainers to go over my contract or workout routing. Overall the courtesy and professionalism as to how this was handled was extremely poor. With a lack of communication between the consumer and EFT group along with their being contract holes I feel like I've been swindled. Again if I had known this, and it is not stated in the contract, I would have never signed the contract. Desired SettlementI'm looking to have the contract cancelled immediately and also have the unused sessions refunded back to me. There are a total of 31 unused session at $22.50 per session that totals: $697.50. - More info received from the consumer 2013-10-23 The vendor and I were able to make an agreement. It was agreed that they would terminate the contract with there being no monetary obligations going forward from either party

I have a complaint with EFT Group. They misrepresented the sale and was not informed it was a contract. I went to use a free day of personal training at the [redacted] location of [redacted]. They then asked me if I wanted to do more personal training sessions for $30/week. He explained the details verbally with no written paper in front of me, and had me sign a tiny electronic signature pad. He assured me I was not locked into anything and I can stop training at any time with no fees to me. Until I tried to remove my card and discontinue training, I was unaware I was locked into financing a year's worth of personal training sessions. They then charged my card for $289 the next day without notice. Then they charged me $120 for more sessions. When I tried to cancel through customer service, I was told I had to pay for 6 months worth of training then I was eligible to pay $250 to remove myself from the contract. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told he was "busy" for five days straight. When I finally got him on the phone, I was treated very unprofessional as the supervisor of customer service was rude to me and told me he sees no reason why the sales representative wouldn't tell me and he told me there was nothing he could do. When I tried to access the complaint department of the EFT Group, their number was disconnected. I still have not received any help after numerous attempts to contact this company.Desired SettlementI wish to be removed from this contract and get a refund for the charges to my card. I have an outstanding charge ($2500) which dates back for 2/3 years ago. I'm in collections and have filed several complaints with the Revdex.com against this company. I am looking to get this off of my credit report ASAP. I would like someone to contact me. I did not work out at this gym 1 day after signing up - I was injured and required surgery.","neg-1
