I have received a hair service (extensions) from B.R.Y.T Creations on 10/04/2017, we have agreed on a set price but at the time of the visit I got charged more, also when the service was completed it was poorly done; my extensions were visible and the color did not matchHowever, what was frustrating the most is that when I got home more than half of the extensions came outI have informed the stylist of this and asked for a refund, she declined my requestShe kept denying that this could've occurred, and said she would not offer the refund but would re-install the extensionsAt that point, I did not want a because the initial application took hours when this should've been completed in about hours and also I developed an intense scalp irritation for which I am seeing a doctor forI have made multiple attempts to contact the stylist and ask for a refund, at which all times she declined
