Customer ordered a Handmade Custom pair of boots, production took longer than expected. We advised customer several times that we would let her know as soon as the boots were completed. She demanded a refund, which we do not refund Custom orders, however, we offered her an in store
credit. Since then, The boots have been completed and were delivered & signed for by *** ***, today 12/7/16. Please let me know if you require any additional information
