Review: I purchased a poinsettia plant for $54.37 on November 25th of this year. It was to be delivered to Visalia by the 1st of December. It never got there, and the florist shop has been closed ever since. The phone number they have listed does not have a recording, so it just rings.

The florist shop was The Little Shop of Flowers, but now has a sign over it saying, Elfin Florist, so maybe owners have changed. The shop is located at [redacted] W. Grand Ave. in Grover Beach. I go by the shop every day at different times of the day, and it is never open.Desired Settlement: Refund
