Dear Revdex.com, We have resolved the complaint, # ***, against us by the customer on 2/5/We called the client via the telephone number provided and was able to leave a voicemail stating that we would like to resolve the misunderstandingThe same day an email was
also sent out to the client to apologize for the misunderstanding and to also offer the client the refund of $of which the client askedThe client did email us back and stated that she would come to the store on Wednesday, February to receive the $refundThe client came in on Wednesday, February and the refund of $was given to the client. We here at Elizabeth try to provide the best service when it come to taking care of our clientsUnfortunately in this situation there was a misunderstanding of our current sale and how gift certificates are used. Gift certificates are not valid with any other discount or promotion, since gift certificates are purchased at a discounted rateSo it was explained to the client that the gift certificate, which is already discounted could be applied to her service but she would not be able to combine the gift certificate with the current sale discountSo the client would have the option of choosing to get the service at the discounted rate and use her gift certificate another time or the client could use the gift certificate with the amount of $but that total would be deducted from the full price service. salon and ourprocedures.  The esthetician and front desk staff handled thesituation properly.  The only item that was damaged was the customerspocketbook.  Her other items had absolutely no damage including smokedamage.  I have reached out and contacted the customer and have madeseveral attempts to replace the customers pocketbook, which I would bemore than happy to do.Sincerely,[redacted]
