We received the complaint from [redacted] against our Elks Lodge for a problem Ms [redacted] washaving in receiving her refundable security deposit.We would like to respond that we are committed and believe in true and honest customer service toindividuals who choose our Elks Lodge for their eventsOur contract reads that refunds will be returnedto the guest In a timely manner after the room has been inspected and final payment is madeWerealize in this instance that Ms [redacted] has waited longer than and we do apologize for that andwe have apologized to her.However, after careful review, the delay with her deposit being returned was due in fact to a couple ofextenuating factors:*Ms [redacted] did not supply an address when her contract was signed which added to the timedelay.*The contract was originally in Ms***'s Mother's name since she was the person whosupplied the initial deposit money.Even with the issues surrounding Ms***'s refund, we, the Elks Lodge, hold ourselves fullyaccountable for this delayWe pride ourselves on our customer service and feel awful that Ms***had to write the Revdex.com because of our lack of customer serviceAs of this date, Ms [redacted] has receivedher deposit.Our Governing Body has taken this negative experience very serious and we assure you that additionalsteps and measures have been taken to ensure this does not happen in the future.Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Michelle L***Leading Knight
