I have not received a copy of the signed Engagement Letter of Consents he was supposed to send me permitting me to give you anything He can fax or email them to me If he wants to give them to you and then you give to me that will be fine as well [redacted]

The bill was not paid before the taxes were dueWithout an extension, taxes are due April 15thIf the client's invoice is not paid by then, the return does not get filedThis particular client did not pay his bill until June 12thThe return was filed on June 13thThe client was charged with a "Failure to File" penalty by the IRS for the return not being received by the initial deadlinePer their signed Engagement Letter with this firm, they understood, again with their signature, that all invoices are to be paid before the return will be filed They signed the Engagement Letter and still the invoice was not paidAll invoices for tax preparation are due upon receipt and before their tax return(s) is filed with the IRS or state

I will need a permission letter from Mr& Mrs [redacted] giving me specific information to disclose his Engagement and Consents as well as billing and invoice information to the Revdex.com I will also need the following forms signed and initialed next to the marks I have madeAlso, I have attached a sample Engagement Letter (everyone who walks in this building signs it or I will not even look at their tax information)I have highlighted the paragraph regarding payment for services [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told I was over due with any bill what so ever, even after calling the group several times and them telling me they had filed the taxes.
