The Empire Shoe Repair

Review: I delivered a large suitcase to them for the repair of the leather handles and it was to be delivered to my apartment building when completed. I gave them one week and when it did not come, I went to the store to enquire when it would be finished and was told it had already been delivered to my building. I checked with the building staff wno write down everything that is delivered to the building and they said nothing had been delivered. I returned to the store and they said they would check further. I returned several times after that and got essentially a run around. today, they essentially said that I should have asked them where it was before a week and they said that it was delivered and that was it. I have lived in my building for almost thirty years. it is a very tightly managed coop with a doorman. I have never lost anything before and I assume they delivered it elsewhere or stole it.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement for the suitcase or a settlement to offset the cost of a new bag.
