Review: I believe that the services rendered are insufficient for the $7,295 I spent for their services. I wasn't even informed of the most basic and relevant process to handle my case, instead I was forced into a myriad of calls concerning a lawsuit which was not able to be filed until I contacted a government agency.Desired Settlement: I would like to be issued a full refund for services not rendered.

I am rejecting this response because: The Employment Lawgroup used predatory tactics to drain me of my money and ability to do anything but pay them more money hoping that I recouped some expense. After realizing I had been ripped off by TELG I contacted multiple employment lawyers and friends who practice law all of whom after looking at what TELG did said that I could most likely hire a malpractice lawyer and sue TELG because:
1. Failed to even mention that since I had yet to file with the EEOC there was actually nothing they could do for me other than assist in filing with the EEOC, they also claimed in this document that they sent the Revdex.com that they would represent me in trial and I have in an email one of the principals saying he was unsure when the trial would be. Well unless the EEOC had rejected my claim I could not even sue my employer only after the EEOC won't persue the case would it be available for me to file suit.
2. No need to explain any further!

I am rejecting this response because:
I think it would be a a benefit to your firm if you at least had **. [redacted] respond seeing as how I have never even spoken to [redacted] other than in emails after I complained about fees one of which was close toi 3,000 dollars for a Psychologist who in the end overcharged me an hour and was perusing [redacted] sites and forgot to turn on the mute button on his computer while we skyped the 2 hour conversation. Quite humiliating for him and degrading to me. This is the level of professionalism lacking at TELG they handle everyone with the same lies and a pre trial process that is unessesary and very expensive! However I don't remember [redacted] ever handling any phone conversation, so how can you tell me what it was that you did or didn't say? Now it's apparent that you sir are a liar who is only taking over this complaint based on [redacted] and his spineless snake ways of pawning me off on a new attack dog. The same [redacted] who sent me an email offering to handle arbitration proceeding citing he was a member and arbiter for the ** arbitration board. Now an arbiter would not be someone who was the person who represents themselves against me right [redacted]? Here let me attach the body of the email to this page. One moment please...
