The information supplied by the company as
to what the employees in the office informed me about giving a written notice
to vacate is incorrect also the person that gave me the incorrect information
doesn't even work in the office anymore so I am not sure how they have any type
of statement from her*** has given me several conflicting answers and
information each time I have spoken with him and I have those calls recorded
At this point I will give this information to my lawyer and handle it by going a
legal route

Although Mrs. [redacted] rejects the option from the property, it is fact based.Mrs. [redacted] signed the TAA lease which she is in default of. The lease clearlystates in several places that uno verbal words spoken shall supersede this rentalagreement". Mrs. [redacted] was in default when she did not pay her finalmonths' rent of her notice to vacate. Mrs. [redacted] is welcome to a copy of thelease agreement she signed. The TAA lease agreement is written for the entirestate ofTexas. Mrs. [redacted] is welcome to contact legal representation; Mrs.[redacted] signed and is bound by the rules of the lease agreement. Mrs.[redacted] cannot pick and choose which terms of the lease she would like tofollow. Mrs. [redacted] is clearly in default; therefore no changes will be made.P.003/003If Mrs. [redacted] illegally recorded phone conversations without full knowledgeand consent of the employee, it is inadmissible without consent is for the judge tohandle if taken to court.Thank you,
