had not been paid She told him her husband mailed it On 4/7/Assistant Manager called them again and left a message stating we hadn't received their rent and if not received by 4/8/this would be considered a broken lease and they could pay online if need be We never heard back from them On 8/9/*** called our regional office stating they mailed their payment and they were upset The regional supervisor asked if they had proof of their payment and *** said no We told them we couldn't move forward without proof of their payment and have not heard from them until the complaint below. If they can show proof of their payment being made on time we'd be happy to re-evaluate their balance At this time it is considered a broken lease and we have all backup as proof Their balance of $is still owed
