The Encore Apartments

Below is our response to Complaint # *** by *** *** In Friday February 26th, Mr*** vehicle was towed at approximately 5:AM. The vehicle was towed due to blocking the trash dumpster(Please see attached photos) Per the lease, Paragraph (k)
States we can tow if a vehicle blocks a garbage truck from access to a dumpster My office manager *** *** spoke to Mr*** on Friday March 4th and he informed her that he did not file this claim. He said his daughter had filed the complaint as she was the one that parked the truck in front of the dumpster We feel this complaint is unjustified

The information given in the response letter from the apartment manager is a lie. The assistant manager did not tell me that they didn't have jumper cables nor did she ask the maintenance guys about jumper cables. She rudely told me that it is not mandatory for them to assist me. She got on her radio and rudely said that I needed help and that they didn't have to help me. The issue wasn't the fact that they couldn't help me the issue is the tone that was used. I would have been  okay with receiving a no.I truly wish I would have recorded the conversation. Yes the manager reached out to us resolve it but I decided to leave the issue alone for this very reason. I had another incident occur with the assistant manager recently. Once again her tone was very disrespectful and the manager was standing right there. I wrote this complaint on Revdex.com before she reached out because I couldn't get in contact with SIMC. Despite the lie told in the response we are deciding to let the issue go. We will move out when our lease is up and that is our way resolving it. We hope that the issue was addressed so that  future residents have better experiences. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and even though it is not true I am deciding to leave this issue alone . hi

My name is [redacted] and I am the Regional Property Manager for the Encore onMustang Apartments . I am responding to the above complaint being made against our business .[redacted] is complaining about the Customer Service at our business.  [redacted] came into our office...

in a hurry due to her car not starting und was running late to get her husband to work.  She was needing someone to jump statt her vehicle . She was informed by [redacted] (Asst. Manager) that she would need to ask the maintenance staff if they could help. Unfortunately, our staff did not have any cables.  She was also infonned that our properties are not equipped with jumper cables.I reached out to [redacted] & [redacted] on Saturday the 10111 to try to rectify the issue (See attached correspondence) with no luck . 1 wanted to set up a time to discuss the issue either over the phone or in person .  [redacted] informed me he was not interested  in speaking to me about the issue.  I  feel we were not given a fair chance to settle his family ISSUeS.
