Review: I placed an order with this company for a box set for a band called HIM. The product is packed in a bundle named "The Die Hard Bundle". The order was made back in December of 2014, and they immediately took payment on the [redacted] of that month. I've contacted them twice already in regards to the extreme delay of my item being shipped. It's been three months and I have still yet to receive my order items.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to expedite the delivery of my order ASAP. I would also like them to stop the practice of taking payment in advance before shipping items to their customers.

Review: I ordered a digital copy of a cd (Halo 4 soundtrack Vol 2) from the company online over 3 weeks ago. I never received instructions on how to obtain my copy after I paid despite receiving an email stating my order had been completed. I attempted to contact their customer service via email and phone, and only received one response via email several days later that asked if I wanted a refund. I said that I would be happy with just receiving my initial purchase, but have not heard anything back in a week now. I can only assume the company has stolen my money and has no intention of providing the product I purchased.Desired Settlement: I would at the very least like to obtain my purchase finally, but I also feel I deserve a full refund as well at this point for having to go through so much trouble over such a simple order.

Our company was notified via postal mail that a customer made a complaint. Upon receiving the complaint the customer was emailed and refunded for the purchase they never received.
