The Property Manager for the *** Road Condominium in Oakville is non-responsive. He does not return telephone calls, and generally does not reply to e-mails unless there are multiple follow-ups. When he does respond, he does not address key questions and concerns. Issues are only addressed when a resident escalates to the President of Enfield Property Management, and the Condo Board of Directors. Residents feels frustrated and ignored, and Enfield has done little to help resolve the situation.
