Later that same afternoon, immediately following lunch, took a deposit to our bank, *** *** of Sharon Hill, Pa which included the two money orders Ms*** had given us that morningLater that same afternoon Ms*** contacted me and wanted her money back because she had found a cheaper dealI contacted our bank since the money orders were already deposited and was told, by our bank, that we needed to let them clear before we gave her the money backWe explained, several times and even let Ms*** speak with our bank so that she understood their policiesThe bank in turn told Ms*** if she wanted to speed the process up, she would have to go to the point of purchase and bring proof that the money orders in fact were "cleared", This process was explained to Ms*** at least times when she called our shop every day until she received her deposit back on Monday, May 9, Ms*** spoke of my angry demeanor but she did not go into detail of her ill treatment of me.She was given her full deposit back as soon as we were told by our bank that the funds had clearedWe have been in business for over years and we follow the policies that our bank lays out for usAfter receiving this complaint we reported it to our local bank and they in turn checked with the general manager to confirm that they did indeed follow proper protocolAs far as we are concerned, Ms*** received her full deposit back and this case is closedThe Revdex.com should be used for unresolved complaints not ignorance of banking policies on the customer's behalfCarl RB***, JrOwner The Engine Shop
