Complaint I've been sent a renewal notice for a subscription that I've already paid for. (a 2-year subscription, only half expired)# ENGXXXXXX No phone. This is the second time I've tried to contact the billing department in Selmer, TN I was sent a renewal notice citing a "Exp. Feb/Mar 2014" expiration date, asking for payment. My bank info. states that check [redacted] dated 1/2/13, (capture date 1/14/14) for a sum of $65.50 has cleared. I'm owed another year in this subscription. What's the problem? Why don't you list your tel. or e-mail address? I'm not about to call the UK for a billing problem originating in Tennesee.ThanksDesired Settlement Please notify me that my subscription extends to Feb/Mar 2015. And please send the magazine that I've paid for.Thank you
