Good Morning,This is certainly not the type of service we wish to provide to our loyal readersWe expect the newspaper to be delivered each day, before the delivery deadline.I have located the account using the information provided, and have reviewed the historyI do see that customer service has
documented the issue, and sent multiple notes to the field staff and carrier regarding the timeliness of the paper and missed deliveriesWhere the problem has still not been resolved, I will be speaking to our delivery management team directly about the situationThe management team will address the issue, and resolve with the carrierI will also be asking that a member of the delivery management team call the reader to confirm what will be done to ensure that this is taken care of once and for allI expect that this call will go out today, Friday, August 18th

Thank you for letting us know about this problem. I do see that multiple notes about the service have been entered on the account by our Customer Service agents, and can confirm that credits have been entered when you have called, each extending the expiration date of the previous paymentThe
last two credits entered were on 11/30, which extended the service by days, and then 12/3, which extended the service by days. I am forwarding the information to our Delivery Management team to resolve this on-going issue with the carrier. I will request that the paper be left at the proper location, and will stress the importance of doing soI will also request that the Delivery Manager confirm what is being done to resolve this service issue, to ensure that the delivery arrives properly each day.
