Thank you for the letter regarding *** ***. Unfortunately the customer’s statement does not include an account number or service address of the property for me to be able to look up the account As of August 1, 2014, our Board of Sanitary Commissioners approved an amendment that
the Muncie Sanitary District will start billing the property owner’s. The property owner’s addresses come from the deed of record on the property. It is their responsible to keep the addresses current on their deeds of the properties.
