Dear Revdex.com of PA,
There are two separate business arrangements between *** *** *** and The Estate Gallery LLC under question Logistical / transport services and sale of personal property via the auction method of marketingIssue #Client agreed to a and paid a fee of $to load, transport, and unload personal property of the *** to our warehouse facilities for eventual sale via auctionThe entire work consumed hours of travel round trip hours of loading, hours of unloading totaling hours of work for men and a truck which is $per hourFair market rates in the suburban Philadelphia market for moving services are $150+ per hour for movers and a truckA substantial discount on these services was given to the ***'s and we further moved several large pieces of their furniture between floors in their home for them at no chargeTheir items were stored at our cost the entire timeTherefore I reject any claims form them on this issueIssue #2
Many months prior to signing a contract with the ***'s they had asked me to give a retail value on a long list of furniture and household items via email items sight unseenThe value was estimated at $1900+Many months later when we actually picked items up for consignment into our auction services the items on the list did not match the number sent to me for an estimate of value, furthermore several of the items were in much less than good condition, some was in very good conditionThe items were taken to auction were the market determines the value and the price of the merchandise not the auctioneer and as is the case most of the time the market (buyers) simply do not value the ***'s Items as much as they doThe $they received is for some of their items that had sold at that time, Since then, more of their items have been sold and they have been sent the detailed auction reports and the check for those itemsAlso the items have sold higher but the amounts here are minus our contractual sales commissionThe ***'s were given the opportunity to place reserves on their items which they declined to do and any auctioneer including our services cannot make the market value any merchandise beyond what it does so I reject any claims concerning the value of the ***'s merchandiseIssue #A lack of correspondence
I will accept responsibility on this issue as I am on the road days per week and did not have access to our computer systems and the current sales dataWe have since then sent them reports and checks to dateWe will finish selling their few remaining items as quickly as we can via placement into appropriate auctions containing similar merchandise to their remaining items and clear their accountLawrence *F*

Fair market rates in the suburban Philadelphia market for moving services are $150+ per hour for 2 movers and a truck.A substantial discount on these services was given to the [redacted]'s and we further moved several large pieces of their furniture between floors in their home for them at no charge. Their items were stored at our cost the entire time. Therefore I reject any claims form them on this issue.Issue #2 Many months prior to signing a contract with the [redacted]'s they had asked me to give a retail value on a long list of furniture and household items via email items sight unseen. The value was estimated at $1900+. Many months later when we actually picked items up for consignment into our auction services the items on the list did not match the number sent to me for an estimate of value, furthermore several of the items were in much less than good condition, some was in very good condition. The items were taken to auction were the market determines the value and the price of the merchandise not the auctioneer and as is the case most of the time the market (buyers) simply do not value the [redacted]'s Items as much as they do. The $276 they received is for some of their items that had sold at that time, Since then, more of their items have been sold and they have been sent the detailed auction reports and the check for those items. Also the items have sold higher but the amounts here are minus our contractual sales commission. The [redacted]'s were given the opportunity to place reserves on their items which they declined to do and any auctioneer including our services cannot make the market value any merchandise beyond what it does so I reject any claims concerning the value of the [redacted]'s merchandise.Issue #3A lack of correspondenceI will accept responsibility on this issue as I am on the road 6 days per week and did not have access to our computer systems and the current sales data.
