In response to the complaint filed with Better Buisness Bureau on 5/5/regarding the condition of our property at Estates at Crystal Bay I would first like to point out that this property was bought by new owners and went under new management as of 2/18/In reading the complaint I noticed that the incident mentioned occured on 1/6/At that time Greystone Property Management owned and operated Estates at Crystal BayWe have new owners, management and a completely new staff effective 2/18/so the complaintant should contact Greystone Property Management at CraIg StSte Indianapolis, IN Phone number 317-594- To date we are in the process of searching for a contractor to take care of the pot-hole issue on our property and expect to have the matter resolved in the near futurePlease feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding this matter Have a great day! If you have small children I would not move to the Estates at Crystal BayThere are People who are registered on the IN Sex Offender site and they are still residents of this communityThe office staff no this because they are the ones that completed the "background checks." The office manager has no idea what conflict resolution isShe is not capable of solving a conflict, nor offering a resolutionThey add things to the lease, HOWEVER you are not made aware until you have a issueAlso if you have nice items & expensive itemsDo not move hereThere are break ins on a routine basis
