[redacted] , d.b.a.; The Ethan Co., Construction and Landscaping, The Ethan Company, Affordable Landscaping all under the ownership of a [redacted] , is NOT to be trusted and is VERY dishonest Every word that came out of [redacted] 's mouth was proven to be a lie, as I had to have the police involved due to his harassing phone calls and threatsA man who works for [redacted] by the name of [redacted] is also involved with his scams [redacted] was jailed in Los Angeles for fraud with homeowners and was recently investigated by Channel 11-KRDO news team for current complaints of fraud in the Colorado Springs area [redacted] tried to give me phony receipts for items that were never purchased by him, insisting more money was owed to him He claims he is listed with Angie's List and JDPowers and he is not He also has a phone number [redacted] , under the name of The Ethan Company With this phone number showing up on my caller I.D., [redacted] proceeded to leave a message on my voicemail (apparently thinking I would not recognize his voice), claiming he was an attorney and would be taking me to court the very next day, claiming I owed The Ethan Co., Construction and Landscaping a lot of money Thanks to the two police officers who were dispatched to my home, making two separate phone calls at the same time, one officer speaking to [redacted] and the other officer speaking to [redacted] , informing both men the police were now involved After the phone conversations ended, the police officers informed me, that both men quickly changed their stories and would not be bothering me again There are two white pickup trucks, with the name of; THE ETHAN CO., CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING, driving around in Colorado Springs, looking like a legitimate business, when in fact they are not
