On September 2, we received a phone call from [redacted] wedding coordinator about her not having received her wedding videoWe told her that we had been waiting for [redacted] to send us the photos that she wanted included in her video as part of her packageWe told her that our policy is to put client videos into our edit cue once we received the photos from the clientOnce in the edit cue it would be weeks from that time for delivery of the videoAfter we spoke with ***'s wedding coordinator we called [redacted] directly and spoke with herShe told us that she had emailed us in March of and said not to wait for her to send her photos in and to edit the video without her photosShe also told us that she had called us and had not heard back from usWe did not realize that [redacted] had indeed emailed us in March and apologized for the mistakeShe should of received her video in July of As a result we let her know that we would put a rush on the editing of her video and have it ready in approximately weeks***'s video edit has been completed and we contacted her on 9/15/and made arrangements for her to pick up her video this weekend (9/19/2015)

put client videos into our edit cue once we received the photos from the client. Once in the edit cue it would be 16 weeks from that time for delivery of the video. After we spoke with [redacted]'s wedding coordinator we called [redacted] directly and spoke with her. She told us that she had emailed us in March of 2015 and said not to wait for her to send her photos in and to edit the video without her photos. She also told us that she had called us and had not heard back from us. We did not  realize that [redacted] had indeed emailed us in March and apologized for the mistake. She should of received her video in July of 2015. As a result we let her know that we would put a rush on the editing of her video and have it ready in approximately 4 weeks. [redacted]'s video edit has been completed and we contacted her on 9/15/2015 and made arrangements for her to pick up her video this weekend (9/19/2015).
