We have spent and paid to the contracted service providers / vendors $41,This amount does not include the $5,Design and Coordination fee that is typically $12,we would charge to other clients for the Event of this scope, complexity, and the time constraint.Furthermore; In order to execute the bride's vision and the grandiosity of the event [redacted] and TEGI had donated in excess of $20,in decor rentals that were in TEGI's warehouse inventory. Conclusion:Wehave a database with a multitude of e-mail stings and instances in support of illegitimacy of [redacted] and * [redacted] 's' claimsWe also have undisputed, verifiable e-mail and text conversation strings on record with agreements by [redacted] and [redacted] to the BUDGET spend for their Wedding as well as the DESIGN APPROVALS along with the Authority to Proceed per the budget attached (Exhibit A(l) and A (2).Furthermore; I am rejecting this response
because:
TEGI did not present us with a contract, nor did they ever tell us that they could not provide us with receipts for the services they procured on our behalf The fact that they have NDA's with their vendors that prevents them from providing receipts to their customers is a deceptive business practice Their practice of not providing receipts prevents anyone from holding them accountable for their expenses For example, we provided a document from the venue where they told us that their costs were $7,as negotiated separately with TEGI and they provided us with the document we provided to Revdex.com as a quote As you can see from the "budget" that TEGI provided, they stated that their costs for the venue were double that, or $14, When we asked TEGI why there was a difference, and asked for receipts, they told us that receipts would be provided repeatedly - none was ever provided TEGI states that we refused to pay for services We paid TEGI fully according to what they told us to pay We allege that TEGI did not spend all of the monies that we provided, and that we should be refunded these unpaid amounts TEGI was paid separately for their services, $5000, and therefore should not be allowed to "profit" from their overbudgeting of a number of high expense wedding items (e.gvenue) by not returning those unspent monies to us TEGI states that they are not allowed to provide receipts to their customers We think this is a deceptive business practice Additionally, from MrE***'s email, he offers to provide us all the names and receipts and monies paid to all of the vendors so that we could work with them directly to complete our wedding arrangements If there are NDA documents out there that prevent us from seeing receipts, why would he offer to provide us with exactly that information in his email?
The emails that TEGI provide are all from TEGI and are self-serving In fact, the emails back up our allegations - specifically that TEGI refused to tell us how much of our money they were spending, and on what, and if we did not follow through with additional payments, they bullied us into threatening to take all our money spent to date and leaving us high and dry with no wedding There are numerous texts that we received from TEGI that they do not provide that demonstrate the same bullying activity in response to our requests for receipts We are prepared to show those to Revdex.com at your request We attach an email where we ask for receipts and where TEGI (*** Wilbon) agrees to provide them We also provide an email of their threatening response to our repeated query for receipts from December 18, The general ledger that TEGI provides raises a number of issues that we can identify Again, without receipts, it's impossible for us to know what TEGI actually spent:
a *** *** *** *** was paid a total of $according to the ledger *** *** manager (*** ***) told us over the phone that the final fees for our event that he negotiated with TEGI were approximately $8900, and also quoted us a venue event for $plus incidentals for people We question the difference between what TEGI actually paid *** *** (we believe $- we believe that *** *** sent monies back that TEGI paid them that were above this amount or that *** *** paid for items already budgeted elsewhere by TEGI (double billing)) and what TEGI budgeted to pay for *** *** ($14,300) Again, because TEGI won't provide receipts, there is no way for us to satisfy ourselves that we were not swindledb Reston Limosene - paid $ No limosene services were used or required for the wedding - where did this money go (overbilling)?
c *** Cakes - paid $ We paid for the wedding cakes from a personal credit card Why is there an additional charge for cakes of $659.45? Where did this money go (double billing)?
Lastly, we think there are approximately $in additional charges where we paid for items from a PayPal account or with our personal credit cards that TEGI also billed us under their "budget." Again, without receipts, it's impossible for us to verify what TEGI spent, or show them that they double billed us

Dear [redacted],In response to the inquiry ID [redacted] filed by [redacted] and [redacted], we submit the following explanation and the supporting documentation:Background: The bride - [redacted] is/was a personal friend of ours and my co-worker way before she and [redacted] decided to get married. [redacted] and [redacted] met with [redacted] and I to ask a favor to design, produce, and execute their wedding in under SO days worth of time with a very limited budget but a very extensive set of requirements. As [redacted] / TEGI has been in business for many-many years and have produced hundreds of events, it was obvious, given the extensive design, setup, decor requirement, and the time constraint under the budget presented, Tanya/ TEGI would have to go out of pocket to create [redacted]'s vision for her wedding day. However, due to a nature of our previous relationship, [redacted] agreed to create a special day for her friend [redacted].Body: [redacted] and [redacted] were explained on numerous occasion the process, flow, and procedure of creating and paying for their event. And while [redacted] is correct in that, due to a nature of the previous relationship with this client TEGI did not present an Official Contract. Based on numerous verbal and e-mail exchanges, [redacted] and [redacted] had been provided versions of the Complete Budget (itemized list) until they confirmed and approved the Final Budget ((Exhibit A{1) and A(2) enclosed)}. This constitutes a "contractual agreement" to pay for services presented. Verifiable string of e-mail confirmations and approvals are available in the event of discovery. From the on-set of the process, [redacted] and [redacted] were intolerable, abusive, and absolutely as horrific as any client can be. They were constantly changing the scope of work, adding requirements, accusing of imagined improprieties and fabricating stories to fit their version of reality. [redacted] and [redacted] were so degrading, insulting and demeaning towards Tanya, no other vendor or service provider would have put up with that kind of abuse, especially when doing someone a favor. But [redacted] is an ultimate professional (E-mail # 1) enclosedThroughout the 60 day process, [redacted] and [redacted] were escalating in their unconscionable behavior and refused to pay for services to the Vendors that TEGI contracted and signed agreements on their behalf. On November 22, 2014 I wrote and submitted a "status update" e-mail update to [redacted] and [redacted] requesting their input as to how they would like to proceed. (E-mail # 2} enclosed.Desired Outcome: Under the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provision, TEGI's policies and procedures forbid disclosure or discussion of signed agreement, contracts, and invoices between The Event Group International and the contracted Vendors to clients and/or parties that are not a part of the agreement "executors".To that end; [redacted] statement that he has contacted other vendors and obtained receipts is FALSE, as the vendors would not disclose proprietary information on a signed agreement between them and TEGI for the reasons stated above. The Quote example provided by [redacted] was generated for a phantom Event scheduled for December 20, 2014 (enclosed; part of original claim)Furthermore; in a deformed and skewed point of view on how Wedding Events are compiled managed, and executed, [redacted] and [redacted]'s impression of the vendor list and the quantity of providers involved is nowhere near the reality as can be readily seen on the enclosed ( Exhibit B(l) and B(2)[redacted] Request to provide receipts for all purchases and services associated with the [redacted] and [redacted] Wedding - DENIED [redacted]Disputed Amount: $11,000 Refund DEFIED((As a good faith gesture, we have enclosed a General ledger Printout of the Costs incurred for the [redacted] Wedding) (Exhibit B{1) and 0(2) enclosed). ** Items redacted are to protect the identities of the long standing relationship with our Vendor network as we believe that if known to [redacted] and [redacted], would undergo a barrage of abuse)As you can readily see from the ledger provided; We have spent and paid to the contracted service providers / vendors $41,08436. This amount does not include the $5,000 Design and Coordination fee that is typically $12,500 we would charge to other clients for the Event of this scope, complexity, and the time constraint.Furthermore; In order to execute the bride's vision and the grandiosity of the event. [redacted] and TEGI had donated in excess of $20,000 in decor rentals that were in TEGI's warehouse inventory. Conclusion:Wehave a database with a multitude of e-mail stings and instances in support of illegitimacy of [redacted] and *. [redacted]'s' claims. We also have undisputed, verifiable e-mail and text conversation strings on record with agreements by [redacted] and [redacted] to the BUDGET spend for their Wedding as well as the DESIGN APPROVALS along with the Authority to Proceed per the budget attached (Exhibit A(l) and A (2).Furthermore; we as well as [redacted] / [redacted] have photographic evidence depicting all stages of the wedding event, its execution, decor, entertainment, setup, etc inclusive of [redacted], [redacted] and the guests having an amazing time.
