Review: On 6/**/13 I was searching the web for a new muffler for my car, and came across [redacted] They had the correct muffler for my car, and showed the advertised price for $0.00 with no taxes or shipping & handling. They asked for a credit card number, and since it was advertised for $0.00, I went ahead and put my credit card info in. I received an order confirmation immediately after placing the order in my email inbox (which I have saved), and I printed off the invoice. The next day, 6/**/13, I received an email from [redacted] inquiring about the part number I was looking for and to email or call him. I sent him an email telling him that the part number I ordered was the correct part #, and I copy and pasted the order confirmation in the email. I then called him and he claimed that the part that I ordered wouldn't fit my car. I told him that was ok, to send it anyway because I'm very familiar with cars and car parts and I knew it would fit. He then said that he would send someone to install the part with an envelope for me to include the price of the muffler. I told him that the price of the muffler was 0.00 as advertised on his website, and that I don't need anyone to install it because I can install myself. He kept insisting that he would send someone to install and that he would also send $50 to be nice. I again told him that I don't need anyone to install the part, and that I just need the part shipped to me. After constantly being told that he would send someone to install it, my wife, [redacted], got on the phone with him and demanded to part be sent as advertised and not to send anyone to install the part unless they wanted tresspassing charges. He then admitted that it was a computer error which was obviously not our fault, and that we can't get something for nothing. My wife told him that their computer error was not our fault and to ship the part his company advertised for 0.00. He then said something we couldn't understand and then hung up.Desired Settlement: I would just like the part to be shipped as advertised for a 0.00 total, with free shipping & handling and no taxes as the website had advertised.

I recv order thru my web it was a mistake on the price and also for the application for the customer car

the part # was for high performance muffler for different car I call [redacted] I told him it is a mistake and he insist he want the muffler I repeat to him this is a mistake

and era on the price and we always charge shipping when I see mistake I call the web and tell them there a mistake on the part #

I am long time In business and this is the first time I got a problem with this kind of complaint it was a era on the price and the application
