Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any kind of offer to resolve this issue from the business In my initial request to resolve this issue with the business, I simply asked for our money back for her flowers that were damaged/wilted/brown upon delivery I have pictures of all damaged flowers (some of which have been sent to the business directly already), I statements from all affected parties I can provide additional pictures I have a hair and makeup vendor who was present and can attest to the quality of the flowers delivered, as well as how many petals had to be removed just to make the bouquets presentatbleAnd I located a review on Yelp for the business, which appears another customer had the same issue with this business due to someone else delivering the flowers and not as agreed upon It's a shame the business has decided to handle this, as she is a family friend It's hurtful considering she had absolutely no control over her own product while she was out of town, and she hasn't even offered to fairly resolve this, despite the fact that she or any reasonable person can understand the heartache and stress this type of issue would cause a bride on her wedding day The business owner has also attempted to reach out to my wedding photographer and make malicious and misleading comments about my complaint to the Revdex.com, while also attempting to use my wedding photos against me That is completely unprofessional and she was out of line And had she asked, I would've gladly sent her ADDITIONAL pictures of the flowers myself Yet, she has already seen at least pictures that I sent to her directly I'm not asking for anything other than what is fair and owed to us Simply put, we paid for a service and products that she provided, she was out of town and had no control over her services and products during that time, had two family members delivering the items for her And either her family members assembled the items while she was out of town, or she assembled the week before leaving and that was why they looked so old and fell apart I do not wish to close this issue as I expect some kind of resolution from the business I find it hard to believe any business person believes in treating a customer this way, and any person can find it in their heart to treat another human being this way I was taken advantage of, mislead, and this is not ok Regards, [redacted] ***

Review: Used this vendor for my wedding flowers. After agreeing to use this vendor, she then notified me one week before our wedding she would be leaving out of town the next day would be out of town for our event, but assured me her sister would handle the flowers and assemble them as agreed upon. I thought it was misleading of the vendor to not notify me until we agreed on using her, but I put my faith in her to use her sister and assumed she was a skilled florist as well.Our bouquets arrived wilted and brown (many pictures taken). The sister who delivered the flowers advised me she was just the delivery person and I would have to speak with the owner since she was told to take them from the fridge and deliver them. The two mother's wrist corsages, a groomsman's, and the father of the groom all fell apart upon putting them on. My grandmother's pin on corsage immediately fell apart. Guests at two tables told us the arrangements were wilted and had holes in them. My husband's boutinnere wasn't even close to what we had agreed upon, and it wilted almost immediately.The owner who was eventually reached (she was on a cruise ship) by her sister the delivery girl, sent back her mom and sister to pick the dead petals off of our bouquets to make them look better. It was enough to fully cover a king size bed. Our bouquests looked significantly smaller and less full. The owner apologized upon returning back to town. Then retracted her apology and said her floral arranger and sister corrected the issue. She previously said her sister arranged the flowers, I'm not under the impression she was trying to blame her mother who came back with her sister. We requested our money back for the damaged items, but the owner of the company blocked me on facebook and refused.Desired Settlement: 100% of our money back. We have pictures of the damaged items, written statement by those affected. Some of our $2500 wedding pictures were ruined because of her, which increases the cost significantly, and I will request that back as well if I have to sue her, which will be the next step. The emotional aspect is the worst.The owner was out of town and can't say one way or the other what happened with her business or products, but I have proof and can. She's in no position to dispute this.
