The Experts in Room Additions & Remodeling

If I could give lower than one star I would as my experience is a nightmare that just does not end. 19 months has passed and my home is a complete mess as they did not do as the approved certified plan submitted to the City required. They will change as they please and provide you with a house addition that has uneven floors the steps are small and different measurement. It is definitely work of an amateur. Their name defines how deceptive they are as they are not in any way an expert. Possibly experts in cheating people out of their life savings. Please stay clear from this company.

We contracted on 11/1/23 and to date not only the addition to our home is not complete but defective. The floors are unleveled, door way not symmetrical with stair cases that are crooked and uneven with no rails. They are harassing my mother who is 8& with cancer with notice of lien and now with invoices as if $450k paid to date is not enough to have a completed house. They will send invoices and try to maximize as much as possible in profiting by one not using licensed professionals to actually complete work professionally and find way to add additional charges by deceit. We had drawings for one car garage they lied and told us that the measurement was off that my car doors could not be ipen. This was not true. We requested by phone email to meet with contractor since last year and he has been avoiding us.

Wow this company is a rip off .If I could give them a - I would.We hired them to put in granite and cabinets they were referred to us by Cabinets to Go so we trusted themBobby at KBS was very friendly and helpful at first he said to go to Stone warehouse to pick out the granite that we wanted then you pay 1/up front for the fabrication and install then they did the old bait and switch! When they came to do the installs they were hours late to start then the first cabinet had a inch scratch on itI knew then there was trouble but what do you do ?Then the granite wasn't what we picked out at all so I sent them away with it I hated what they brought, they blamed Stone warehouse and vise a versea after weeks the owner Bobby supposedly finally agreed to talk to us but pulled a no show and won't call us back! I waited hours for him to show for a face to face meeting and he won't call us back or anything Gail the manager of KBS the Experts bounce you back and forth between Rebecca and herself and say Bobby won't take the calls! We finally agreed to take the granite because they would not fix the problem or refund the money and we had already given them $Then the price kept going up after they get the money on deposit (We didn't have a choice or we were out all the money!) After the so called professional install 3wks later of the granite no one came to finish the cabinets and wouldn't call we were under the understanding both teams would be there to finish finally boy was I wrong! The cabinets were never finished at all different teams were to do the install one for cabinets one for the granite but won't come out at the same time or call about it.We finally had to hire someone else to fix all the problems they left$and days later it is done and I hate my kitchen!!! And this is weeks after we were supposed to be done and have a beautiful kitchen.DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU WANT AN EXPERT! They do not care about you at all once they have your money they rip you off and don't finish their work! Now I know why they are working in Orlando instead of Clearwater! They must have a great reputation there too!
