I am rejecting this response because: His attorney will not help the issue. After talking to my attorney and a few other attorneys, this is HIS responsibility. We have had a few issues with Randy in the couple months he has been the new landlord. I advise anyone to NOT rent from his company. He does NOT respond to emails, calls, and will not show up when he says he will. Very poor management.
