Jay R*** called from the businessStated that Mr*** did have an appointment 1/at 3:He did receive a text message as a reminder of his appointment at 1:(the text messages are from an automated systemOn Monday 1/9/The Eye Place Optometry, PC was closed do to the snow as was
the manufacturerUpon Mr***s arrival on 1/he was informed that the frames had come in but the lenses haven't arrived yetThat the snow was affecting the arrivalMr*** was in the call log to be called but didn't receive a phone call from the business prier to is appointment due to all the calls being made for the previous day as well as work being done for that dayMrR*** stated that they apologized to Mr*** about the inconvenience but it was out of there control because of the weatherMrR*** stated that Mr*** was informed that his glasses would be ready 1/to pick upMr*** was called on 1/to inform him his glasses were ready and Mr*** stated that he couldn't make it to pick the glasses up and would be in later in the weekOn 1/Mr*** came in to pick up his glassesMrR*** stated that The Eye Place Optometry, PC will refund Mr*** $** for the inconvenience even though it was out of the business control
