I called the customer about the complaint and we are currently resovling the issue He is out of town on business until approximately March 16th We offered to complete the job and refund 50% of the purchaseprice I’ve
already called him to bring in his frame so that we can makethe lenses when he returns He has been a customer of ours in the pastand decided not to start the process over at another store I will call or write when this is resolved
