Review: I do not subscribe to this paper. Yet every Friday it is dropped in my yard. I take every provision necessary to stop my papers and mail when I travel, yet this paper littering my driveway is an open invitation that "I';m away." On July 25th, I contacted [redacted] at the paper to tell them not to throw this unsolicited paper at my house. She took my information and stated she would pass it along to the delivery man AND follow up with an email the next day (a Friday - the delivery day) to ensure it was not delivered. The paper was delivered on July 26th. When we replied to the email she sent on July 26th, to let her know the paper was still being thrown, she has never replied back. An additional email was sent on July 30th, and it has not been acknowledged. The paper was thrown again on August 2nd.

What will it take to STOP this unsolicited paper from being delivered? Why does this not constitute littering or trespassing?Desired Settlement: Stop the paper PERMANENTLY. I want to be contacted by the paper with that assurance and would like to know what remedies I have in the future to prevent Fairfax County from littering.
