I reside in the Falls of Bellaire this has been the worse experience everMy move in date was Feb 2016, I didn't move on until March 2, I didn't have any appliances for two days a dishwasher for two weeksThe dishwasher was pulled from.another unit and it had roaches in itCausing me to have pest control there once a weekThat didn't work so I called my own to rid myself of the issues.That recently attempted to turn in my day notice and was informed it had to be done at the beginning of the monthI know it's days from the date on the notice Anything to get more money for this empty complexCrime,roaches, beer bottles and horrible maintenance and managementI rexported squatters in the vacant apartment next door to me and they took their time locking it upYet again the apartmental next door is open for anyone to go in and outThey work on apartments and leave them unlocked or the door wide openThat's a safety issues one of the main reasons I've electedone to move
I wish I could rate it 0 stars. They are racist and discriminate against white people. They have gave us fines double of that which a Spanish person received on the same day. They have towed our car multiple times even from guest parking and refused to give us a parking sticker because our insurance didn't include our name because my Fiance's Grandma holds the insurance. I can almost guarantee that not everyone in that apartment that can drive is included on the insurance. They have fined us for speeding when our car was in the dealership and even asked for proof. When I gave them proof they called the dealership right in front of me and when confirmed they said we were driving another car and that if we don't pay the fine then they will add it to our rent. Our lawyer sent a letter and we got that money back. Our AC went out, along with many other residence, a little before Christmas (this year, Christmas was super hot) and they would not fix it for about a week and a half even though we went in all calm, cool and collected three times. I had to go in there a fourth time and threaten not to pay rent and throw a fit and they fixed it within 5 minutes. It takes maintenance, sometimes, more than months to fix anything if they don't make it worse first. They have stolen my charm bracelet and the office gives me no word if they looked into it. They were supposed to look in their apartment but have not gotten back to me. They take more than what you have to live for. They make you literally want to kill yourself because they make it so hard to survive. I have to park out of the complex in fear of being towed because they won't give us a parking sticker so hot, cold, rainy or foggy I have to walk two blocks to my car back and forth and if I have to go grocery shopping I have to do it again back and forth. The people that watch the gates are not on your side, they will call the tow truck drivers before you get the chance to get back to your car. That's why we have been late on rent. And they lock us out 6 days after rent is due... I have no money to eat, no money for gas, no money for electricity and no money for rent anymore and I've lost my personal car because these people will drain you dry with no remorse. If you're white, be prepared to get fined out the [redacted] for nothing what so ever and if you don't pay it, it will get added to your rent and however long it takes you to pay every penny of rent they will add 50 dollars the first day and 10 dollars every day after with no cap what so ever. They've taken money from us, management has messed with our car multiple times. We've had nails put into our tires with nail guns, our bumper has been attempted to be taken off... DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Even the management company that is not located at the apartments are unprofessional. If you don't believe me, you will after you live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE...... Also if you call the cops, they will have you waiting in the office while they sneak out and send the cops away in fear that the illegals THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE will be caught. This is a fact. We've called the cops twice, in one day. They were both sent away and to find out later it's because the girl that wanted to leave before they got there is illegal.... Coincidentally it's the same girl that is trying to lock us out of our apartments 6 days after rent is due when we had to take our car out of towing twice last month around Christmas time. I hate these people and you will too. Some of the people that actually live here are nice though.
