I am writing on behalf of The Falls on Bethel Ridge, in reference to complaint #XXXXXXXOur tenant moved out of The Falls on July 31, 2015, her lease end dateOn August 11, 2015, the tenant was emailed a copy of her move out statement and was advised if she wished to dispute any of the charges she could do so in writing to our officeOn August 14, 2015, I received a dispute from the tenants mother, stating that she disagreed with some of the the charges and wanted them removed from the accountI replied on August 14, 2015, letting both the tenant and her mother know that we had received their dispute and would thoroughly review their concerns and get back to themOn August 27, 2015, I sent our response to their dispute, along with a copy of the revised move out statementThe original statement of charges they received on August 11, was for $333.33, which included charges for: Cleaning, Painting, Shower Head, Toilet Seat, Aerators, Flapper, Appliance bulb, 35" blinds, 58" blinds, Batteries, Kitchen vertical vanes, Outlet covers, Switch covers, Light bulbs, Door stopper, Handrail bracket, Knob protector, Ceiling fan pull chainI removed the charges for the following replacement items: shower head, toilet seat, aerators, flapper, appliance bulb, window blinds, and batteriesI also lowered the maintenance labor fee from $to $After the revisions were made, a new account statement was sent to both the tenant and the tenants mother, with an updated balance of $On September 3, 2015, the tenant made an online payment for the balance due of $At that time I had not had any further communication with the tenant, or her mother, and assumed it was mutually agreed that both parties were satisfied with the outcome and no further actions were necessary
