This company has been paid in full to cut down a tree in my back yard, and grind out stumps in my front yard The work could not be completed the first day because the sun went down They (Mr [redacted] *** and his workers) said they would come back the following day to finish They did not show up of courseI called and texted Mr [redacted] several times He either ignored the calls and texts, or when he did answer or respond he would say he's coming tomorrowThere have been many tomorrows to pass and the tree is still standing I was able to speak to him and I told him that I would work with him but he had to work with me too by at least trying to get some of the work doneThat offer no longer stands He still has not been back to uphold his contractHe is still ignoring calls and text messages I want a refund so I can get someone else to do the work that he was not able to do

Called to schedule my appointment only to find the phone number has been disconnected, the website no longer exists, and even went by the store, which has a fire inspection notice on the door from May 3rd and appears to have been completely cleaned out.
