We are well of this complaint The facts are not as he described and are "enhanced" to give a shade of credibility to the complain-tent.We had a crew that was called in to remove a large and dangerous tree in the property next door Our crew took down the tree and chipped up the brush
and hauled the tree away. There were many branches that needed chipped and they crew leader knocked on the door to see if they could back the chipper up the driveway and chip the brush instead of pulling it further to the street No one was home and tyhe crew leader took it upon himself to use the driveway because he felt the small chipper and small truck posed no hazard and would be OK.We received a call from our foreman on the job He stated that the neighbor came home and was irate with him parking on the drivewayI explained that he should not have parked without permission and he should apologize and remove the truck from the driveway He said the neighbor pulled his car in front of him and would not let him out of the driveway He asked him how could make the situation better and the guy was unwilling to resolve things and threatened to call the cops I received a call from *** telling me of the situationI apologized for the situation and we basically had an understanding and he would let the guys out of his driveway His wife came on the phone and started things up and was ranting and said she was calling the cops and wasn't interested in working anything outSo they called the cops and they came out and told *** to move his car and let the guys finish their work When a supervisor came out to check on the job he was badmouthing the boss to the guys and making it sound like he had nothing to do with the cops or needlessly escalating the situation He was acting out of control and when the cops didn't take his side he called the office some more to complain and obviously his next step was a Revdex.com complaint. The bottom line is the guys were wrong to assume they could use his driveway without permission, against company policy They used a small machine to pill branches out with a footprint of pounds psiThey cleaned up and blew off well *** made a big drama out of what should have been calmly handled and the police agreed with our crew as he stated in his complaint

Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I mentioned, a few minutes after receiving your email regarding my complaint, I received a call from Eric at Falls asking me if I filed a complaint. I said yes and he told me that he would not do the work he agreed to and told me to find someone else. He asked me why I submitted a complaint and I said would it be better if my lawyer call him and he told me that I have no standing and would lose. I was telling him why I complained and did not have my lawyer call him and he is saying I threatened him.
This is the way he dealt with me on several calls during the job. He told me that I said things that I did not say and that is why he did one thing or the other. as I said in my statement I had agreed to pay $350.00 for a tree the killed. But they never came to do the job and it gave me time to think that they were the experts and the tree died to their inability to transplant it properly and that is why was asking for a free tree.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/07/20) */
On 7/20/15, Revdex.com spoke with the business. moving the tree at this time of year was more difficult. Unfortunately the tree did not survive. Business agreed to return and replace the tree which died for the same price, $350. After they agreed to provide a new tree, the weather was very wet, one of the wettest summers ever. After 4 weeks, the consumer filed his complaint with Revdex.com without speaking to the company again. In the complaint, he requested that the tree now be provided by the business for free. He also threatened legal action if they did not provide a free tree. The business then withdrew his offer to put in the replacement tree.
