Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/09/11) */
To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider this email as a response to a recent letter that I received from Revdex.com.
On 9/4/15, I received a telephone call from the Salesman who sold me the Ford Expedition. During the conversation, he stated, "I can't believe that you reported me to the Revdex.com." Then I abruptly hung up the phone due to his threatening demeanor voice.
That Friday evening, I received a call from the Owner of Family Auto. During the conversation he apologized for the inconvenience and promised to repair my vehicle along with replacing my four tires. I was shocked and amazed of his kindness.
However, the following day the Owner retracted his promises. On Saturday, I brought the car to the Owner as requested. He inspected my car but didn't do any repairs. He told me that he had to order parts and requested that I return to his repair shop on Monday. I followed his directions and returned with my vehicle. Once again he told me that he couldn't repair my car because his mechanic was available. Then I asked about the tires that he promised and the Owner stated, "I can't replace the tires."
I have tried numerous to be cooperative with the Owner. Unfortunately, the Owner still have not repaired my vehicle. Which leaves me to believe that the Owner will not repair my vehicle appropriately. Therefore, I am seeking additional assistance from Revdex.com with the following:
1) Communicating to the Owner about my concerns.
2) Seeking assistance with receiving a refund on my warranty.
3) Or have the Owner pay an independent mechanic of my choice to repair my vehicle.
If you have any additional questions, please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX or email me at [redacted]@gmail.com.
Thank you for your time and consideration,

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2015/09/17) */
I am responding to the letter that [redacted] had written on September 03, 2015. In the letter Ms. [redacted] inaccurately painted a picture as to what had led to my complaint with Revdex.com. These are the following facts that had actually occurred:
1. Ms. [redacted] had stated repeatedly in the letter that she had made several attempts to contact me.
I have never met or spoken to [redacted] The only person that I had communication with pertaining to my complaints was with a gentleman named Hector who claimed he was the business owner of Family Autos.
2. Ms. [redacted] stated that she never promised to replace all my tires.
That is not true. Matter of fact, [redacted] who represented Ms. [redacted] and I had a detailed conversation pertaining to my tires with me. On 9-5-15, [redacted] I explained that the Salesman who sold me the vehicle had stolen thousands of dollars from his business and was looking for hm. I informed [redacted] that I knew the whereabouts of the Salesman and all the problems that the vehicle had. Then [redacted] began to question if the tires to my vehicle needs to be replaced. I replied, "Yes." [redacted] said if show me where the Salesman works I will replace all four of your tires. That next day I drove my vehicle to the facility.
Please note I have a witness who was present that can testify that [redacted] did offer to replace my tires but after I showed [redacted] who the Salesman worked, [redacted] decided to change his mind about replacing the tires. Clearly I was being used by [redacted] to find the whereabouts of the Salesman. ** If you need additional information, I can provide the name and telephone number of the person who witness the conversation.
3. Ms. [redacted] had stated in the letter that I brought my vehicle to her facility twice.
That incorrect, I have brought my vehicle to her facility three times. I have made several attempts to have Hector to repair my vehicle, however, he did not fulfilled his written and verbal agreements.
4. Ms. [redacted] had stated that she owns automobile shop on her premises where she can repair my vehicle.
That is also incorrect. Upon arrival, I discovered that she doesn't have an automobile shop. Actually, she owns a small old car dealer facility that doesn't contain any tools or equipment to properly fix my vehicle.
Clearly Ms. [redacted] has not been entirely honest and has been operating her business poorly. She has other people to represent her and make business decisions on her behalf. She does not have a shop to repair my vehicle properly. Nor does she have a dependable mechanic. Therefore, I am requesting that Ms. [redacted] pay for the repairs of my vehicle by a mechanic of my choice. I am asking your assistance with solving this problem in a shift manner. I need the repairs done as soon as possible so I can drive my car to work. Feel free to contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX or email me at [redacted]@gmail.com if you have further questions
Sincerely,
[redacted]
