I took my car to this company on 12/23/19. I took it in for an oil change and I paid $28.61. I picked up the car and early this month, I noticed the car was leaking oil. Then my car stopped and the engine locked. The vehicle is in my garage. They told me they would send out a tow truck on 2/3/2020. The car will not start at all.
The vehicle was brought in Feb 3, 2020, she had noticed a drip, car ran badly, then didn't run at all. We had it towed for her. She said she had an oil change. She had a receipt for a Kia Rio from our shop. The oil change she had paid for was on a Kia Rio not her car.
In looking at her car it had no oil plug. The plastic under shield had been cut away in order to get to the oil plug. She and her son discussed this, and that car has not been drivable for 6 months. The engine continually surges because of a gross vacuum leak due to the inner coil being broken.
The issues she has were caused by her hitting a wall and damaging the inner cooler, and she has known that for 6 months.
