The Farmington Company

This company is highly unreliable A representative came to our office to help with benefit enrollment I was a new hire who required a paper application I should have known when the representative dug through his disheveled brief case that there was zero chance my enrollment would be registered The representative lost a piece of paper with all of my personal information on it including social security number When I called into customer service they advised that the situation is he said, she said now so my enrollment can't be back dated He also mentioned there was a glitch in electronic applications Unfortunately, I won't be taking advantage of my company provided benefits because of terrible administration by Farmington Fortunately, I caught the error before I needed the benefits otherwise I'd be in a terrible situation They clearly are not reliable with sensitive health/benefit information and clients don't come first There are far better benefit administrators out there
