This has been resolved over a month ago. Customer was immediately refunded. Please remove this and stop sending these correspondents.

Review: I ordered some shoes on 2/26/2015 they told me that my order would be shipped within 5 days it's now 3/17/2015 & I haven't received my shoes or my refund. They told me 3/6/15 that I would receive my refund. I have yet to receive it. I've been emailing etc. no response. Please Help!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back & I also want everyone know that this site is fraud & not to trust it

Review: On Nov 23rd I ordered a pair of pants from this company. The payment was immediately drafted from my account and I recieved anemail stating that I would recieve my order in within 7 business days. Since that I have not received my order and recieved no other communication from the company. I have tried calling amd have received no answer, I have emailed them twice and have gotten no response. I would either like to recieve my nerchandise or recieve a refund.Desired Settlement: I would either like to recieve my order or get a refund for my purchase

Review: I purchased two items on line April 11, 2015 from this business. I have checked on line several times and the internet shows the transaction as still processing. I have made several attempts via email and on line chat to speak with someone regarding the status of the order. I have also asked for a refund. I have not had any response what-so-ever. At this juncture I'd like a refund. I noticed this appears to be be a modus-operandi with this company "after" I made my purchase and made efforts to contact them.Desired Settlement: refund of $67.70 to the credit card the purchase was made. I ordered these items for a specific event. I am no longer confident this company will mail them in time.

Review: I ordered a bathing suit online on May 6, 2015 and was charged the same day. I emailed them on May 18 and May 20 and have not heard anything from them. I have not received anything--no product and no email.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive what I ordered (it should have been in a timely manner) but at least reply to my email to let me know it would take a month or however long it was going to take.

Review: I purchased one item on line May 11, 2015 from this business. I have checked on line several times and the internet shows the transaction as canceled yet they still charged my credit card. I have made several attempts via email and on line chat to speak with someone regarding the status of the order. I have requested a refund in several emails; first they told me the order number was wrong, then they told me item has been shipped, however, when I track the package with the tracking number they issued me, it shows as "not found" I have verification of all my interactions with this company.

In doing research, I have discovered there has been mulitple cases of this same issue with other conusmers.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: refund of $63.65 to the credit card the purchase was made. I ordered these items for a specific event that has passed. Please issue refund, if so, I will happily close my complaint. Thank you for your help!
