I left clothes for consignment and store closed without notifying; not returning unsold clothes or money they owed me for the sold clothes.I recently called the store to check on consignments. They told me they were still taking fall/winter clothes and that I had a balance of over $100 from previous sold clothing. I went to drop off my clothing a couple of weeks later and the store was closed with no sign of how to reach them. They have money and clothing of mine that was not returned. They have all of my contact information that I fill out before signing the consignment contract. I have done business with this company for many years and never had a problem. This is stealing! That store was packed with clothes that this company/owner stole plus mine and other customers money. Desired SettlementI would like my clothes that did not sell, but most importantly, I want my money for the clothes that did sell that they owe me.
