Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The owner finally called me on July 28, after failing to respond to both online and offline emailsOwing to his broken English, I could barely understand him.It was even more difficult for me to understand him when he repeatedly raised his voice and threatened me.When I explained my complaint to him, and his failure to respond, he asked for my supervisor (as if I worked for the Revdex.com).He apparently did not even know how the Revdex.com process worked and tried to threaten and intimidate me.He also threatened to contact his attorney for some undisclosed purpose. There was no profanity on my part.I finally gave up, because the owner clearly did not know what he was talking about (I didn't know what he was talking about either) and I don't like and won't stand for being threatened. The owner's representative finally responded to my [redacted] review with a different story than the one she provided the Revdex.com and is falsely trying to convince [redacted] followers that The Fat Greek had a reasonable explanation. That too was a lie.She stated "I would like to clarify, there is a "SPECIALS" board of which are limited to quantities prepared for the day so as to ensure that we are serving the freshest ingredients possible."My wife and I were there when the restaurant opened.Apparently, the limited quantity of specials is zero.I stand by my complaints and will not change them.We fully expect to receive a refund of $(the amount we paid for the [redacted] coupon). We are done with The Fat Greek and will never eat there again Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi [redacted],
I received a nice letter from the owner and he indicated he mailed a check to the Revdex.com reimbursing me for my purchase. If that is the case I am happy with the outcome. Thank you.[redacted]
