I hired this company June of to assist me with finding and gaining custody of my daughter There have several days, weeks, and/or months with no communication on the case I made sure any information they asked for was given immediately to help the case move forward When I was told there was finally a court date on July 23rd, 2018..there was no contact or court information given We have asked for proof of service, court docket numbers, etc to prove that action has been done only to receive excuses and still no information We have wasted over a year for this "service" business to be completed to no avail When asked the service for a refund, my request has been ignored The last request we made for a refund was made August The owner responded two days later, stating they had to find our what was going on, the case was passed off to an "unnamed" firm in Baton Rouge even though the marriage, the child and the mother reside in Oklahoma and always have, she also stated t
