They are cheap, don't care and are looking to take advantage of the consumer. I placed a large order of Maribou Boa's and recieved substandard products. They were offering a clearance of their Economy maribou boa's however I purchased their medium weight boa's as I wanted a higher quality product. I recieved my order of 30 - 6ft boa's crammed in a small , flat box and packed 3 to a 6x6 plastic bag. They were completely crushed and discolored from age with a yellow appearance instead of white. I contacted the supplier to advise of my disappointment and asked to be compensated by reducing my charges to the clearance priced ones since it was obvious that's what they sent me. Or to please replace them with what I had purchased. I took the time to send pictures, a professional email and the response I got was even more appaulling than the mange cat tails I got in leu of expensive strung ostrich feathers. I was told that "they can go flat when sitting in storage. I needed to hang them in front of a fan or steam them in hopes to bring them back to life". Now I did not purchase a product with that discription. I purchased a product that was of high quality and in brand new condition. This item should have been recieved ready for use! I gave this company one more chance to make it right and admit they attempted to dupe me with substandard products but instead I got a response saying to send them back and when recieved they will refund me. No apologies or admission of guilt. Ihave extremely little hope that I will receive my refund and not in a timely manor if so. This is an aweful way to do business. As a business owner myself I would have never attempted to dupe a customer and if customer much less tell them it's no big deal you can tryto fix them youself. I basically got a sorry, to bad, its not our fault, you deal with it response. Do not deal with this company or any other related to them.
