Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If you had truly communicated to me that you were going to fix this issue, we would not be here! You are doing nothing but delaying and playing gamesI have not only a call log of each time I’ve called you, I can pull my cell phone records to back that upI called your husband way too many timesI only received call from him (6/16/5:pm) that was to tell me - “It’s Friday and I can do anything about it now, I’m going to drink a beerI will call you Monday and let you know what we can do.” I waited until Wednesday 06/21/08:amAt that time, I called your office, I left a VM [redacted] called me back not with a solution to fix the issue but asking for me to get a copy of the permit that was filedWhy was that? How is it you say “ I failed to meet my responsibility in the permitting process”? Did you not just send me a copy of the permit I submitted? You know the facts I attempted to file the permit that you guys put on meSt Charles County called me and said that I personally did not need to file a permit, as one was on fileWhen I said I didn’t file the permit, that was because the County said I did not need to file an additional oneI would naturally assume that if one is on file, mine was not filedI have NO idea how permits work, I do not do this type of workMost companies handle this type of stuff as they are being paid to do a jobI’m sure most companies do this for various reasons, but mainly so this does not happen! When I hire a professional, that’s what I expect as do all consumersYou’ve NEVER given me any timeline ***, that’s an outright statementAlso keep in mind if you have a timeline you must have a plan in placeWhat was the plan, you never communicated that to me? All you’ve ever said is “we are busy”I get you may be busy, however when you have a screwsituation like this, it should go to the top of your pileNo one should have to call as many times as I did and get the excuse “he’s busy”That’s unacceptable to me as a customerI have no idea how you think this can be rectified through the countyThey told me that the fence horizontal pole is too lowThe only way to fix this is with an exception (which I was told they won’t do) or to remove the middle horizontal poleIf you remove the middle horizontal pole the supporting fence post will have holes in themI have not heard one solution from you ***, that’s why I left the unsatisfied feedbackSlander is when someone making a spoken statement damaging to a person's reputationI have not said one thing online that is not trueIf you want good feedback then take care of your customers.This will be the last request you will get from me to handle this outside of the courtsI do not have the time or the energy for this nonsenseIf you truly want to fix this great, I want a real plan and an agreeable timelineIf you choose not to take care of your obligation, I will regrettably take this to litigation and have a court decide Sincerely, [redacted]

This establishment does not understand how to run a businessI have been going to their location on Rainbow and apparently come to find out it has closedThere has been no note or communication as to why my clothes wentThe manager is out of the country until Monday and there is no other person to talk to to resolve this issue I refuse to do any business with them moving forward!

We have never refused to assist in a resolution however this binding contract the customer refers to also indicates the customer is responsible for obtaining permit approval per municipalityPer our investigation and previously submitted documented proof the customer did not submit the revised fence style plans and specifications, had this been done the fence chosen by the customer would not have been approvedThe customer repeatedly denied having anything to do with the permit application process and that too is supported in the documentation to be falseWe in good faith built a fence with the belief that the fence style chosen had been approved in his municipalityOur position at this time is we continue to be willing to assist the customer in meeting his specific municipality requirementsWe do not however accept financial responsibilityThe customer failed to meet his responsibility in the permitting process, he is failing to understand that code requirements differ in each municipality and that is the purpose for the contractual agreement for the customer to obtain the permit approval The customer mentions a time frame...we offered this the first day we spoke letting him know we would speak with the county and that it would be at least weeks before we could do anythingIn less than days, immediately after I asked him for a copy of the permit application he began this onslaught of slander and statements[redacted] The Fence Company, Inc

We have a beautiful fence that was installed by The Fence CompanyThey went out of their way to be sure we were satisfiedThe installer did an excellent jobMany neighbors have asked who did our fenceI think ours is the best! I would highly recommend The Fence CompanyVery professional
