I purchased a fence system in June When initially installed the gate did not have a latch it had to be orderedThe owner later came out and put one on the gateThe problem is the poles that hold up the gate were placed too close togetherSo the latch will not close all the way plus it was attached too highI am disabled., it is painful and too high for me to reachThey are aware of thisI cannot properly close the latch because it is too tight, it will not latch in the locked position Will not drop down all the wayIt is also too high for my injuriesI contacted them several times to correct this and the first time I was told it would cost me $I could not believe it! It is their error and shoddy workmanship! After that they are ignoring meWill not respond to calls or emailsI paid a lot of money and they want to charge me more to correct their shoddy workI'm not asking for muchI'm asking for them to fix the problem they causedI'm sure they could make adjustments to the gate accommodate for those gate posts being placed too closely togetherAll I am asking is for them to come out and fix it so the latch will close properly- drop all the way down without a struggle, easily and at a lower level(mid level near the bar on the gate.) that I can reach with my disability It is just awful they can't fix something this simple to have a happy client and avoid a bad ratingAnd take advantage of a disabled personPretty nasty
