The repairs were made and the job was finished today
We have contacting the customer to take care of the problems and took care of the complaint this weekend
The company sales person was nice, the pricing seems fair, the cedar products are average at best and be aware they will warp as they dry outNot exactly clear how they do their post foundations, but so far they seem to be plumb and true after one yearNot much concrete used and only at very very top of the post hole
It is unclear who is in charge with this company and if you have issues who to go to in order to resolve issuesYou have to constantly call them for action (i.ewhen the work will be done, or if there are any issues with the original installation and forget about warranty work - they will talk to you but you will never see anyone come out and resolve the warranty issue - not after months anyway,as we are still waiting for warranty repair work
