In regards to the possible violation and complaint from
[redacted] her address: [redacted]. We
have had contact with this person. She is not the owner of the property at [redacted]. The owner of the two properties was notified of the fencing
installation. [redacted] was not part of the contract and she did not
contribute any money towards this fence.
 
[redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted]. were the
ones that contracted The Fencing Pro, Inc.  for the fencing installation.
  We completed the
fencing installation in a workmanship like manner. After the fence was
constructed the renter and or neighbor [redacted] started making unreasonable
demands that’s we destroyed her property which she doesn’t own. [redacted]
said we destroyed a trampoline and broke a sprinkler line. Please note the
sprinkler line was on the property line in the footing and we repaired the
sprinkler line. [redacted] had all kinds of items piled up against the fence
making it hard to install the fence. We moved the items to the best of our
ability.
 
[redacted] asked us to come back out which we did even
though we weren’t under contract with her. She wanted us to move items back and
also haul off most items for free. Please note she had a rusty trampoline and
is claiming that we broke the trampoline, but she admits that when her kids
jumped on it the trampoline broke. [redacted] wanted us to haul off the old rusty
trampoline for free. [redacted] also had a new trampoline in a box that she demanded
that we put together for her for free. [redacted] told me she was going to file a
complaint and write a bad review. [redacted] demanded we do all this stuff for free
or else. [redacted] is completely unreasonable and the owner that we
contracted with [redacted] also would agree.
 
We are writing you this letter to inform you of this
situation when we made contact with [redacted]. Her demands were unreasonable
and had nothing to do with our fencing job. [redacted] the owner of the
property at [redacted] will agree and can be contacted at
[redacted]. I sent pictures of [redacted] yard during construction as you
can see it looks just fine.

Review: Troy from this company came and gave me an estimate for a fence I needed built. On December 31, 2013 I emailed a copy of the deposit check and a signed contract. They scheduled to come do the fence on Thursday January 9th, 2014. They never showed up, or called or even sent an email. I called the office two hours after they were supposed to be here and the office manager "Heaven", said that they weren't going to make it but would reschedule for the following Monday 1/13/13. I told her that I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my deposit back. I felt they were very unprofessional and I was no longer comfortable having them do the work. After three weeks of leaving messages and emailing them, I finally got a call back, They left a message on my machine saying that it would take them up to three weeks to cut me a check. So I waited for another month and still no refund. Now I am getting emails from them saying they aren't going to return my deposit. This is outrageous since they broke the contract by not showing up at all.Desired Settlement: I want my $66.00 refunded as soon as possible.

The particular client that reported us started a project with us and signed our contract acknowledging the client rights and our state law regulations therefore understanding the three day California right to cancel the installation with us which was not done in the three day rule. Supplies were ordered we did indeed want to do the job on a particular day but fell behind on another job, the client did not like how we had to re-schedule the job. Restocking, paper work fees etc well exceeded over $100.00 therefore we aren't returning the $66.00. We are still awaiting a response from the client and would like to complete the job!

Review: Our neighbors were replacing the property fence between us. I had a quick chat to the workers, who told me they would come to me before leaving and make sure that I was happy. They never did. The fence had hundreds of nails sticking out of it, they broke my garden archway and left it dangling in pieces, damaged my sprinkler system in two places which flooded my garden, they moved my trampoline and in the process did not ensure that the legs were securely under the trampoline. When my daughter and friend climbed on it, the whole thing bent and collapsed. They left the trampoline bent and crumpled in the middle of the yard for us to sort out. They had to move some stored items when they cleared the old fence and just left them laying around. My neighbor complained that she had to be on them to make them tidy up and made them clear the debris out my yard. They left the ground uneven with big chunks of cement lying around. When I phoned the secretary to sort out the issues, she was incredibly rude and slammed the phone down on me. [redacted] the owner, then said he would send his men to sort everything out. When they came, and were about to sort it all out, when the secretary phone and said they would not be fixing the trampoline or the archway. I asked to speak to [redacted], the secretary said he doesn’t want to talk to me, he doesn’t have the time for this and slammed the phone down on me again. I now need to purchase a new trampoline and get to pay someone to put it up for me again. On the side of my house I have a gravel area. I just had paid someone to level it out and put fresh gravel down. It is now filthy and will need to be redone! The garden was trampled, so there is about 1 ½ yards of barren garden next to the fence. I will have to buy plants and grass to make the garden look decent again. The cost of sorting out the mess after them will probably cost me $1 000. In conclusion I am totally confused as to why The Fencing Pro was selected to do the work.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement of the trampoline I had to purchase, the archway, plants and landscaping that I've had to have replaced due to their negligence. The sprinkler system needs to be repaired, which is what flooded my garden and the costs we've paid to outside vendors to repair the items damaged by this company.
