complaint to the Revdex.com and make comments on [redacted], the business finally has returned the monies owed us.  I then received a phone call from [redacted], one of the property managers/owners (I assume), and she cussed me out and told me to "F-off" (sorry, I don't use that kind of language and she said the whole word) and then hung up.  That's fine with me, it shows what kind of company they are, but I'm just glad all this caused them to finally return our owed monies they wrongfully deducted from our account.  I'm okay to consider this case closed and never do business with them again.  Our experience with them was horrible, and all we were doing was trying to simply get back money they wrongfully took from us, that's all.

Review: We contracted with The Ferguson Group for a one year lease at an office property in downtown Lincoln, CA. We gave ample notice that we would not renew the lease, returned the keys, and everything seemed fine. But they continue to automatically bill us for the monthly lease amounts and have done so twice now. We have told them multiple times that we are being wrongfully billed and money is being taken from our account and we aren't even tenants. They have not responded nor refunded any monies. We are filing this complaint as a warning for other potential lessees wanting to deal with this company.Desired Settlement: We want our monies refunded that were wrongfully taken, we want our deposit refunded which hasn't happened yet, and we want the monthly billing to stop because we are no longer tenants and haven't been for a while now.

This was an honest mistake made by my company and I believe that if you reach out to Mr [redacted] he would confirm all money owed to him was refunded in the last 24 hours and no money was deducted from his account this month.
