Review: Order was placed (and charged on my card) on July 7th, 2015 and as of August 6th, 2015 it is still "processing". I've called the number provided several times, following several different prompt combinations (orders, account inquiries, sales, etc) and it all ends at a "voicemail" box that doesn't ask you to leave a message, it just beeps at you. I've emailed their "contact us" form box twice and received the customary auto-response but am never contacted by a representative. Our card was also flagged for fraudulent charges after using it at this shop. They are a joke and should be put out of business. I'm lucky I only spent a small amount of money. Many online reviews (searched after I ordered) have women low purchasing hundreds of dollars in supplies they never receive. Shame on them for taking advantage of an already painful time for women (infertility).Desired Settlement: Either delivery of my order or a refund of my money.

Customer is completely falsifying that this was charged to her card. It was NEVER, EVER charged to her card and I demand that she shows proof via a copy of her bill, showing so. Each order is hand processed and hers NEVER was. This is a fact. Since it was never charged, there is nothing to refund

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I looked through my bill and while the charge was originally "pending" it appears to have never gone through which begs the question "why weren't we contacted if the payment wasn't accepted and why if my order still 'pending'?" I have an email copy of my order with an order number so the charge went through at least initially. The response from the business representative was offensive and I'm done with them. The online complaints are plentiful and it's unacceptable that it took going to the Revdex.com to get a reply from them. I emailed them twice and called six times never receiving an answer other than the automated e-reply and never returning my call. You can consider this ID closed but I will not be patronizing this shop further.
