In response to the complaint,  I tried to talk to the home owner and she was very upset and would not let me explain the billing and hung up on me. Rather than calling her back I waited for payment and then responded to her in the letter and refunded payment for the extra's to resolve the...

situation. Above is the letter that she threatened to go out of her way to let every one she knows to not use The Fibertech. Mrs. [redacted] never asked for warranty information prior to hanging up on me. I would have told her the warranty information is on the website for the refinishing of the bathtub and tile. The other work that was done has a standard one year warranty. I was not aware that the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com until today.I sent out a letter on 2/22/18 to try to resolve the situation. We were totally satisfied with our entire bathroom remodeling project. Fibertech ( John and his crew) was a pleasure to have working in our home for 2 weeks; and they were very diligent in cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. The workmanship deserves a 5 star rating.
